How long does it take to have my plans approved and a building permit?
If you choose to submit the plans on your own the process can take anywhere from 8-12 weeks. However, we can expedite them in as quick as 2-3 weeks.

How much does it cost to expedite my permits?
Every quote we give is customized based on multiple factors: total square footage, estimated construction cost, architect, total constructin cost, time frame of how soon the permits are needed and much more. When do my permits expire?
Building permits typically expire within 1 year, however New Jersey past the Permit Extension Act of 2008 allowing all permits having been pulled from July 1, 2007 onwards to expire no earlier than uly 1, 2010. Giving a 3 year extension due to the rough economic standards.

What do I need to submit along with my plans for approval?
Two Sealed Copies of the Drawings, Mechanical & Plumbing Drawings & Permits, Proof of Liability Insurance, Total Construction Bid, Business License, Contractors License and a check for 10% of the total construction cost.

How much will all my permits cost?
The cost of all your permits will be approximately 10% of total construction.
